To be serene and focused on the goal on the day, validate the 6 points below.

1. Are you well licensed ?

An annual or individual French Rowing Federation license is required to participate in the French Indoor Championship events (2000 m). If you do not have one yet, think about it!

2. Prepare your medical certificate

According to the French Sport Code, a medical certificate of non-contraindication to the practice of rowing, indoor rowing or CrossFit, in competition is required. The copy of the medical certificate is accepted.

Non-licensed French Rowing Federation

Each non-licensed participant will have to present the day of the event with a medical certificate of non-contraindication to the practice of rowing / indoor rowing or Crossfit dated less than one year. Do not send the medical certificate when registering. Participants who have taken a license for registration in the 2000 m (price of € 21) must present themselves on the day of the event with a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of rowing or rowing / Indoor Rowing or Crossfit in competition less than a year old to participate.

Annual French Rowing Federation Licensees (A or I)

Each licensed participant must have a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of rowing (indoor) in competition in good standing or the attestation to the health questionnaire registered on the Federal Intranet on his license card. Failing this, the license holder must present himself on the day of the event with a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of rowing or indoor rowing in competition dated less than one year to be able to participate.

3. Dress code

Licensed competitors must wear dress code in the colors of their club.
